With an extensive 26 years of global culinary experience, Chef Radi has captivated diners across China, Thailand, and for the past two years, he has been spreading his culinary artistry to Vietnamese guests at the Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon.

Chef Radi's culinary style is truly exceptional, blending modern cooking techniques with refined aesthetics and a passion for exploring new flavors. He always utilizes fresh and sustainable local ingredients, transforming them into stunning culinary masterpieces.

Beyond his culinary passion, Chef Radi is also a talented street photographer and an avid golfer. His artistic spirit and passion for exploring the world are skillfully infused into each dish, providing guests with an inspiring and memorable dining experience.

Introducing Chef Alam Singh Sarop Singh Chauhan- our Executive Sous Chef at Oriental Pearl restaurant!

Hailing from the vibrant city of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, Chef Alam brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in Indian and Thai cuisine, with a culinary journey spanning over 22 years. His previous roles include stints at esteemed establishments such as Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit, and JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa.

As the Executive Sous Chef, Chef Alam's main responsibility is to oversee the development of restaurant menus and management, as well as the banquet kitchen. Not only that, Chef Alam also approaches his craft like an artist, infusing his creations with a touch of creativity and finesse. He is passionate about creating dishes that are not only healthy but also tantalize the taste buds of diners.
